In collaboration with Ghost Town Coffee Roasters in Bozeman, MT, we thoughtfully condition our Bourbon Barrel coffee in white oak barrels that have been previously used to age Willie's bourbon. Our goal is to impart the distinct flavors taken on by the barrel while maintaining the characteristics of the coffees in them. We present a pleasant coffee drinking experience with added complexity in the cup.
