We combined the caramelized vanilla notes of bourbon, and the roasty character of coffee with a touch of sweet, and added a bit of heat from chipotle peppers. This rub works great as a dry rub marinade, as a substitute for salt during and after cooking, or you can think outside the box – use it to elevate your deviled eggs!
