Our wood smoking bricks are made using our very own Bourbon barrels. Using left over barrels that would otherwise go to waste, Willie's Barrel Smoking Bricks provide an environmentally conscious way for you to add a truly unique and delicious flavor to your next barbecue. After the whiskey aging process, the barrels are broken down right here in Ennis, Montana into wood blocks and packaged to maintain their authentic flavor and aroma.
